Welcome!

I am Carina, or Nina for short, a licensed cosmetologist & agency represented traveling hair stylist based out of New York. Born & raised in Hawaii, all things beauty have been my greatest passion for most of my life. It’s all I can remember since I was a little girl watching my mom put her makeup on & style her hair!

I have spent the past 15 years working on photoshoots, weddings, private house calls and event styling while curating my signature style & go to techniques, favorite tools & must have products to ensure the most long lasting results. I’ve trained stylists from multiple hair backgrounds in the blowout technique I use today. Now, as an agency represented bridal & travel hair stylist, I specialize in styling for clients from Hawaii to California, NYC, The Hamptons, Montauk and beyond.

My signature style is lived in, effortless, long lasting hair. I strive to make every woman look like her best self, with a touch of glam.

I always want my client to look and feel like her best self. When you look at her, you wonder - did she just get a fresh professional blowout or has she been wearing this style for days? Because her hair looks polished, but never over done. She looks effortlessly glam.

Hair Services

All services are on location, meaning I come to you! Please submit an inquiry form to receive a price quote

  • Wet to dry styling

    How it works: When Carina arrives to your location, you should have freshly washed hair. Carina will blow dry + style your hair. This includes any iron work as well (curling iron or straightening iron) and also includes any finished down style or half up do. Updos are not included. There will be an additional $50 fee for adding an updo to a blowout appointment. Extensions are not included & will be charged separately.

  • Dry hair only (no wet to dry styling)

    How it works: When Carina arrives to your location, you should have clean, completely dry hair. Carina will style your hair using iron work (curling iron or straightening iron). This includes any finished down style, half up do or updo. Extensions are not included & will be charged separately.

  • Add on a trim to your natural hair or to your extensions. Trims are a blunt dusting off of the very ends of thehair. No full cut / layering. Trims on natural hair must be added to blowouts (weo services) only. No trims on dry natural hair.

  • Add on extension styling to your service. You can come with them pre-installed or Carina can install clip-in extensions for you.

  • After your initial styling, Carina will stay with you throughout your event/photoshoot to ensure your hair looks flawless the entire time!
    How it works: touch ups are schedule ourly

  • Mini / travel size touchup products are available for purchase. This is based on availability & may vary by appointment.

    Brands of products will vary depending on product availability at the time, but rest assured that any products included in touchup kits are vetted and part of Carina’s cult favorites!

    Touchup kits are not guaranteed unless pre-ordered & paid for in advance.

All services require a signed contract & non-transferable retainer fee. The deposit is applied towards the overall total.

Policies

Please read all policies carefully before inquiring for services

  • Travel & parking fees will apply & are based on your getting ready location. A quote will be provided to you upon inquiry.

  • Appointments booked before 7am and/or after 6pm will require an additional hourly fee, with a minimum of one hour.

  • A signed contract & deposit are required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not locked in or guaranteed until your contract is signed & your deposit is made.
